Kelley has more than 30 years of professional experience in both the corporate environment and as an entrepreneur. Kelley's professional experiences include international and domestic business development for two Fortune 500 companies and as owner of DeVine Organic Growers – a certified organic farm growing Tropical Dragonfruit. Now as a writer, speaker and career coach, Kelley deliver tools to support high-potential professionals as they seek to develop, prove, and communicate a standout brand with VALUE as their foundation. Using humor and candid insights from her own professional life, she co-authored two books focused on teaching others how to handle professional challenges, difficult personalities, as well as how to naturally and authentically present your true professional value in all situations. As a natural problem solver, Ms. Gerwig has reduced the complexities of branding and career management into simple processes allowing you to build a 100% authentic brand that will naturally grow as you grow professionally. Kelley lives in Southern California on their organic farms with her husband, two sons, two dogs, a cat, a herd of goats, school of fish, and a clutch of chickens. She earned a 1st Degree Black Belt in Hapkido, is an avid soccer and Formula1 enthusiast, and enjoys anything at the beach, as well as hiking, camping, most DIY projects, or reading a good book.

With more than 30 years of professional experience working for Fortune 500/1000 companies and high-tech startups, Gail along with business partner Kelley Gerwig launched 'Building Your Detour-Ready Career with Your Standout Brand' workshops in an on-line format. While Gail has taught career management and critical thinking courses at The University of Texas at Tyler since 2005, her primary teaching interest focuses on professional branding as a career management strategy. With her energetic and engaging speaking style, Gail is an active, in-demand speaker. She has co-authored and presented numerous academic papers, as well as two career-themed books 'A New Brand You©', a workbook designed for professional brand and career maintenance, and, !WONTUOTEG ©, a book that opens your eyes to clues and the personalities that can affect your professional brand and ultimately your career. Gail lives in the great state of Texas with her husband where they enjoy the 'lake-life' including water-skiing, swimming, and fishing with their family and friends.
